—— WHO WE ARE
A focused partner for consequential housing work.
Founded in 2023, TTG Development (The Thie Group) is a commercial multifamily development, consulting, and advisory firm specializing in affordable housing development, development consulting, public housing repositioning and advisory, and public affairs.
Based in Louisville, Kentucky, and working throughout the Midwest, Southeast, and Northeast, we partner with public housing authorities, municipalities, nonprofit organizations, and private developers to move housing initiatives from early strategy through financing, closing, construction, and stabilization.
Our work is shaped by experience across the affordable housing ecosystem—from housing finance and public policy to public housing operations, HUD repositioning, LIHTC development, and local implementation. That cross-sector perspective helps us anticipate risk, align stakeholders, and translate complicated requirements into an executable path forward.
Every community and transaction is different. We bring a tailored approach to each engagement while holding fast to the same standards: clarity, accountability, sound judgment, and durable community benefit.

—— WHAT SETS TTG APART
01
Cross-sector perspective
Experience spanning housing finance, state policy, public housing operations, HUD programs, and real estate development allows us to see the full transaction—not just one workstream.
We understand that a sound housing strategy must work on paper, survive regulatory review, close financially, and perform in the real world.
02
Partnership-first execution
We create clear roles, candid communication, and practical decision paths so public, nonprofit, and private partners can move together with confidence.
03
Accountability through delivery
We remain focused on schedule, financing, compliance, stakeholder commitments, and the decisions that protect long-term project viability.
—— HOW WE WORK
Strategy that stays connected to execution.
01 Listen and diagnose
Understand the organization, community, portfolio, site, constraints, and desired outcomes before defining the solution.
