Commercial Multifamily Housing Development
TTG Development’s mission is to create transformative, intergenerational housing developments that are tied to the surrounding neighborhood and meet the vision and needs of the community. We accomplish this through intentional partnerships and collaboration with public entities, community organizations, and the broader community on infill new construction, adaptive reuse, and rehabilitation projects for households with incomes at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) or workforce housing for incomes below 140% of the AMI. We target housing developments ranging between 30 and 320 units.
Our team possesses the experience and expertise to navigate the complex life cycle of delivering and operating high-quality commercial housing developments. We seek partnership and joint venture opportunities with community organizations, municipalities, and private developers. Leveraging financing sources such as the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), private activity tax-exempt bonds, conventional debt instruments, private equity, and various soft funding sources. .
